Only 3 More Sleeps till Santa Trys to squeeze his but down my Chimney.
I am so excited, I think I was nice this year, so I may just get a little more than a lump of coal.

WE were slow on getting our Christmas cards out this year, but they are finally gone. So most people will get Post Xmas cards. I am not 100% certain but I think each card has a couple of pictures as well.

For any Cat Stevens Fans that there may be out there, some odd 30 years after his last release he released another Album. Worst part is...If you didnt know that he converted to Islam and changed his name you would never know the Album which is actually pretty good if you are a big Cat Stevens fan. The Album is called An other Cup and it is by Yusuf Islam(Cat Stevens). It isnt as good as the classics like Cat's Cradle, Father and Son, Wild World, Morning has broken and such but it still goes along a nice path of soft music with great lyrics. But then again I am a fan of his work and would like it either way.





My healthy eating coach was talking about challenges and staying focused and it is his believe that if I can stay focused for 10 weeks with altering or cheating that I will drop another 50-60 pounds. 10 Weeks isn't really all that long and 50-60 pounds is a lot to lose. So for the New Year I am going to take his 10 week Challenge and stay dedicated to healthy eating and I will blog my progress during those 10 weeks. I think if I can do it He should take me out for a burger and fries, and not a small burger either. I am thinking one of those 1lb betcha cant eat it burgers. The Burger reward and knowing it is free will keep me motivated as odd as that may sound. A Scot whose cheap LOL who woulda thought. I am thinking Two 10 week challenges could have me where I wanna be and 10 weeks will go by so fast, so it's time to warm up the treadmill, and jump on the weight bench and give it ago. AFter I eat 50 pounds worth of Choclate and Christmas treats that is.

WoW a month gone by already.

OK I am gettin excited only 2 more weeks till the HO HO HO!

I havent been updating very good as of late and I am hoping that things will begin to slow down enough so that I can update more frequently and with Pictures and Possibly video.

Did he just say video? Yep he did. I finally broke down and bought a Video Camera. And no dont worry folks. I am not turning the fatman.ca website into a porn site for people that like to see fat guy's get it on. (hhhhmmmmmm I am beginning to think that may be the only Porn market not hit yet. OK so I may have to rethink that one.) Just kidding, I could hear Jeremy begging me Please uncle Henry STOP thats just not right on so many different levels.

Anyhow, Meaghan's operation was a semi success. They had no issues with her tonsels and her Aidnoids. They came out fine. They just couldn't find the Bad attitude part I paid extra to have removed. I guess that was a waste of hard earned cash. Meg's is doing good and started back at School today.

While on the topic of wasting money. Yep I finally ran into something with the VAN(and it wasn't April for those of you that are wondering). Can you believe it. Me of all people. Stupid stupid stupid mistake. I was parked next to a handicap spot at the Mall and of course they have the Post cemented to show that it is a handicap spot. And I knew it was there but it was in a blind spot and I was in a rush and chatting at the same time and I tried to turn left. I basically turned right into it. I was at the Body shop today, and I am still awaiting a quote. I am thinking a few hundred dollars, and I am hoping not over 1000. I dont really need it to be fancy or anything. I just need to be able to open my door properly. Come on I am a big man and need all the space I can get.

On to the Weight issue. Yeah I have been losing a coupla a pounds since the wedding. I actually lost 40 but I think 5 found there way back over the past 3 weeks of not following my healthy eating plan. I find the times I cheat hardest is right after I lose a lot of weight. For example I lost 11 pounds 3 weeks ago and over the last 3 weeks I felt like having potatoes and corn and peas and such so I did and some pounds found there way back to me. OK OK the box of choclate, Bottle of Whisky, 4 bottles of Wine, Pizza and 2 trips to McD's may have added a little on to but over all I am happy to say I am still under the 350 mark. Now I gotta kick it into gear and lose a few more so that I can have my Xmas week of cheat before starting Fresh in the NewYear. I have a goal to lose another 50lbs by summer so that I can finally fit into Speedo's again. Can't ya just see everyone at Canada's Wonderland running and covering the eyes of there Children. I love it.... But I guess thats just my sense of humour.

Is everyone set for Christmas? It is a good time of year for me because I actually get 5 full non related work day's off to relax and get loaded. I already started buying my Mix's. I got Bailey's, and KAhlua, and Frangelico(If you have not yet tasted this it is a must), and a few other goodies. And wont ya know it I fit all 3 of those liquers in a Mixer with some Cream Cheese and other special ingrediants to make a Cheesecake to die for.

I also made a few Special Meat pies. by special I mean nothing wild. Can you imagine I can not get April or the girls to try "Meef" at all. No harm in trying it.

The girls and I had our fun mkaing Christmas Cookies, and other goodies.

Madison and I shared our birthday a week back, It was fun and I got some goodies too.

Overall I am Going to Wish EveryOne a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Cheerful Chanukah, and whatever else for everyone else. (In hopes of not offending) I prefer Merry Christmas as it is what I grew up with. The world is just to confusing with everyone having there own believes, and I do not wish to discredit or say mine is more important thatn anyone elses but come-on, Really now, do people really have to make issue with a Christmas tree being up in an Airport or saying Merry Christmas. I see it as this, if I say Merry Christmas to you and you are a non-Believer just humor me and say Happy Holiday's or something. If someone was to wish me a happy Quanza, I would wish a Happy Quanza right back at them. It is the time of year when people are supposed to be Happy and Joyful(Right before the depressing dreaded winter of course), not the time a year to call your lawyers and complain about someone else being happy. If you wanna be miserable, fine be miserable, but please let everyone else enjoy there holidays.

So now that I got all that off my chest. I really Truely do hope Everyone has a Merry Christmas. and I really dont care if I offend anyone because when it comes right down to it, I know I am going to have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS with my friends and Family.
